Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions 

By booking and receiving wardrobe styling services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

Card on File Requirement

The Client understands and agrees that a valid credit or debit card must be provided and securely kept on file prior to the beginning of any scheduled service. Services will not commence without a card on file.

 

Invoice & Payment Terms

Upon completion of the service, the Client will be emailed an invoice for the total amount due. Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Services are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

The Client understands and agrees that all payments must be submitted exclusively through the official invoicing system provided, which accepts most major credit and debit cards. No cash, peer-to-peer payment apps (including but not limited to Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc. ), or any alternative payment methods will be accepted outside of the invoicing system.

 

Pricing Acknowledgment

The Client confirms that they have reviewed the current Service Menu and pricing prior to booking. The Client acknowledges full understanding of the services being provided, the associated rates, and any applicable fees.

 

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. The Client understands that missed appointments disrupt scheduling availability and business operations. In the event of a no-show, the Client may be subject to applicable charges at the discretion of the Stylist and may be required to prepay for future services.

 

Cancellation Policy – Photoshoots

If the Client cancels a scheduled photoshoot appointment, a $40 cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Client understands and agrees that no refunds will be issued at any time for services rendered, deposits, cancellation fees, or completed appointments.

 

Agreement to Terms

By booking and receiving services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above and accepts full responsibility for payment compliance and scheduling policies.
